How would you study that issue? https://padlet.com/stephaniefells/zordav1d4u2s/wish/362057371 I tolerated with issues as a substitute teacher over the years and  dealt with the issue appropriately. I have been in this profession for a long time; whereas I made it my top priority to influence students in any way. I observed and acknowledged a fight happening in another classroom across the hall from where  I  was subbing in. I reported the incident to the school administrator. Based on my analysis, researchers believe fights happen very frequently in the classroom environment.  I will study the issue by gravitated toward qualitative research. “Qualitative research is the approach for exploring and understanding the meaning individuals or group scribe to a social or human problem (Creswell, J.W&J.D, 2018 ).  I will interview by asking a series of questionnaires to those who witnessed a fight in the actual classroom environment. The goal is to understand what happened by establishing students and teachers’ interpretations. I will be worked effectively during this process.
