-A small section is cut out of the circular plasmid by molecular scissors. 
- Insert it at the humans embryo at  the first stages so it can grow and develop the trait with it. We will do this by using an injection (tiny needle). The DNA that was cut off (crocodiles) is  replaced by  an unnatural base.
