  • background story: On a night of 1990, a young couple are on a date sitting on the steps of the east coast park tower. Suddenly, they are attacked by two men with knives. the guy fights the two men while the girl runs off searching for help. finally, the two men flees the scene. the guy runs down the steps to search for the girl. however, he finds her laying motionless at the bottom of the steps. he was slashed in the back and she was stabbed in the neck. in the end, the guy survives but the girl dies.

    2. he walks towards the tower
    3. girl is standing at the bottom of the tower. he pops out from behind her and romantically says "sorry, i'm late!" 
    4. then he takes her hand and says "let's go" 
    5. dating scenes (like eating ice cream, strolling, drawing on sand, walking on rocks etc)
    6. then they both lie on the sand and continue chatting. the guy sits up and looks out into the sea, taking in the view peacefully 
    7. still looking at the sea, he asks the girl "you've been fine right, after the incident?" 
    8. his face suddenly changes from calm to anxious, as if he has remembered something bad. 
    9. flashback: that night, the girl is standing at the bottom of the tower waiting for the guy. the guy appears from behind her once again. they go on on their date, walking and chatting around east coast park. after getting a little tired from the walk, the guy suggests to go back to the tower to rest and continue chatting. while chatting, two men walks past them and up to the top of the tower. suddenly, the two men come storming down, attacking them with knives. the guy fights the two men and yells to the girl "don't wait for me, you go first!" the girl runs off searching for help. finally, the two men flees the scene. the guy runs down the steps to search for the girl, only to find her laying motionless at the bottom of the steps. he was slashed in the back and she was stabbed in the neck. he holds her in his arms, crying and screaming for help. 
    10. back to reality: the turns his head towards the girl, but she is gone. (the girl is already dead. the date before was all in the guy's head. he hallucinates of the girl bcos it's his way of coping with her lost. when he said "incident", that's when he reminded himself of the night of the incident. he mind wakes up and reminds him of the reality. 
    11. he starts getting emotional, red eyes brimming with tears. 
    12. he gets up and walks down the beach to cool off. 
    13. walking down the beach, the background plays a radio report of a young couple being attacked by two men with knives, and the girl dying from the stab wounds.

    10. girl ghost appears from steps and walks down to pick up flowers. she does not look scary. just her normal human self but her clothes have bloods from her stab wounds 
    11. she wants to reach out and touch his shoulder but he gets up and walks towards the beach, still tearing 
    12. girl softly mutters "我永远爱着你(i will love u forever)”
    13. guy turns his head shocked, as if he had heard her voice
    14. he sees nthg at the steps
