From Facilitation Guide - "Prior to the meeting, figure out how much time you can spend on each improvement strategy so you can help the CI Team balance the need for discussion with the need to move through all of the improvement strategies." Schools may need more explicit guidance on how to do this - e.g., you have 60 minutes to discuss 6 improvement strategies  (60/6 = 10 minutes per strategy).
