         <description><![CDATA[<div>Since I did not know how math differentiates,  Mr. Walker shared how he uses IXL to differentiate for his students. This was a strategy for all students. IXL tracks which problems/skills students have mastered and makes them work on skills they have not mastered. This led to a discussion of how technology is a tool to help reduce some of the work a teacher needs to do to make sure that all skills are mastered by all students.</div>]]></description>
