Mr. Chaaaard, it feels like we didn't have much opportunity to work together but, on those instances that we did, I am always amaze by how good you are in what you do. :) Also, just merely being in a team with you is an awesome experience itself. I also learned a lot from you especially regarding Scrum ceremonies and in being multilingual. Hahaha. Will definitely miss ang ka-team namin na polyglot. Hahaha. I also regret being unable to see the man behind James Harden but, I've been meaning to tell you that I like your taste in music—in the very special moments when I can overhear your playlist I would sing along to Halsey, etc. Hahaha.

I am confident that the next people who will get to know you and will have the privilege of working with you will be super lucky. You will definitely shine as long as you don't allow to lose your flame. :) Hope that you'll keep the good memories with you as the team will always celebrate the things you have taught us. I hope you'll stay happy and strong in life.

During the past months na we were working together, thank you so much for all the knowledge and contributions you've made with the team. My stay in the team wouldn't be so light without you.

Whenever may niriraise ako sayo na issue, you were always very helpful and madali natin naiivestigate and nafifix yung mga bugs. Sa totoo lang you have a very high work ethic and I admire you for that. Truly it is a privilege to work with such a great talent.

I hope na sa next career mo you'll be able to grow and succeed more because you deserve it. I know na you'll do well in everything you do because super galing mo magwork and you're really confident sa belief mo and that's something na I really need to work on as well. I hope that you work with great people and you enjoy whatever you wish to do in your future.

It was a pleasure working with you and really happy na you were part of the team and proud to say na best dev na i've worked so far in my career. I'm always grateful for your advice about career, work, or anything else where I and the team can improve on.

We use to joke na pag umalis na si Kayle or ako mag resign na is a sa atin and it really happend nga haha I'm sad na you're leaving especially ikaw talaga go to person ko for any questions, rant or problems but at the same time happy because I know you deserve better opportunity with the skills na you have no questions asked you'll do great.

Nung new ka pa lang sa RT medj scary ka on how straight forward ka sa opinions and comments but I find it as a challenge and learning curve on how we can work together and I think we did well on all the projects na we were able to produce and even helping me to become a better lead for the team. I'll always value your comments because I have so much trust in you.

As always Chard Thank you so much for your help no words can really express on how much happy and delighted from all the things na you've done for the team.

Goodluck sa new work I know mas may mapapakita ka pa dun and even improve sa skills and challenges na hinahanap mo. I hope maging lead ka kasi it really fits your personality and how smart you are sa pag carry ng tasks and team.
