Doing this would make it harder for people to use e-cigarettes and would make a more healthy population of people. Then, doing this would make people to just give up on using it. Then, the population wouldn't need to use e-cigarettes anymore. then, e-cigarettes wouldn't be used anymore by anyone. After, I'd change the rhyme for the juuls or e-cigarettes and make it to something that could help the people to understand to stop juul-ing. I feel that would make people to understand that they should stop. If they don't stop the price for it would be to much anyways. So, they have no choice but to stop.  I'd change the phrase to "Quit the juul, Doesn't make you anymore cool." Because it's true that juul-ing isn't making you any better than you are now. If people could afford it. I would atleast wouldn't market it to anyone younger than 22.
