-Recruit faculty and staff who are crafty and /or can lead fun activities.

-Recruit faculty early to see if they can plan an activity or project for their students to create and or lead during a specifica heritage month.

-Keep a record of events open and accessible so that folks can see what's being proposed and can either sign up to lead or volunteer. 

-Keep the virtual element, even if we decided to hold on in person events.

-I'm excited to see an umbrella group. I am very nosy, so that fact that I can know what's being planned for other heritage months is cool. I can see this helping, as it will allow faculty and staff to join other events, and/or refer others to join them!
