If you feel anxiety and stress because of school, play sports.

How are you? Thank you email. It was great to hear from you againd. I`m not nor use utricinist, but there are a few tips that I can give you.

A good think you can do is to make a shopping list to it or use smaller plates.

This brins me to my next tip is don´t eat watching TV, specialy horror or scarry movies, because you are focusted on a TV. Drop me a line if I can do annything else for you.
