Since there are different people maybe you can pick up tips from them on how to learn.
2-Encourages diversity understanding. Not everyone thinks the same way and when new ideas come it makes you think differently.
3-Creates an environment of active, involved and exploratory learning. It makes you competitive and participate in class.
4-Promotes positive race relations. When you get to work with another person you get to know them better and not judge them.
5- Develops social interaction skills. Since you are needed to communicate with others it will help you.
