Chromebooks is very useful for educational purpose. Staff and Student can use Chromebook to use Google apps and create learning environment. Chromebooks helps to learn Maths, Office Online, Health, create notes, Inbuilt virus protection. Chromebook laptops are cheaper than standard OS, portable, secure, long battery life.

When looking at Chromebook teaches resources. it has apps like GeoCobra which is a tool for students who studies Geometry, Algebra, Calculus, Statistics and 3D Math. There is also scientific free apps provided like periodic table.

These apps will mainly use in University/ Schools such as teachers can use this to demonstrate students and makes it easy to learn as it's interactive.

Chromebooks are good if you want to just get work done and makes notes. they're great educational aids and they're quite inexpensive so they would be good for students to have in lessons and lectures.

I wouldn't use one as a laptop but as an extra technology like an tablet

They are cheap, easy to set up and maintain, and have enough features to satisfy many users. But what can you get done without an Internet connection? They're definitely the future there's no debating that but with their strong dependence on internet , i feel its going to take a very long time for countries in some parts of Africa and other underdeveloped countries to adapt it .

Chromebooks seem to be the best choice for education.

The price is right (lower than Windows and Mac laptops)

Their hardware brings is suitable for an educational environment. (Highly Portable, good battery life)

Only bad points could be the initial adoption, the teachers will need to know how to use the Chromebook as well as the apps they'll be using.

And students will find a way to get viruses on it.

Google Chromebook's have the potential to be a valuable resource for educational purposes.

Everything rom their ultra portability and their battery life, to their useful educational applications on the market.

Additionally they seem to b relatively secure as they are linux based and the kernel architecture differs form the mainstream windows machines.
