My name is Cristina and I teach English to 6th and 7th grade classes as well as Citizenship to 6th and 9th grade classes. I live and work in Lousã, a beautiful small town in a mountainous region in the centre of Portugal, near Coimbra. Our School - Escola Secundária da Lousã is part of a cluster composed of 3 kindergartens, elementary schools and a secondary school. In our school cluster we have been involved in different Erasmus+ and eTwinning projects. I am very glad to have the opportunity to work with you on this eTwinning project about friendship.

Hello everyone,

My name is Claus Benjamins and I have been a teacher of English for more than 36 years now. I still like teaching a lot: it is great fun to make language learning an enjoyable and reassuring experience, offering everything needed for success. I teach students who are 12-16 years old.

Our school is in the town of Hoogeveen, which has about 55,000 inhabitants.

For me it is the first time to participate in an eTwinning project, so I am very keen on getting to know more about it.
