But the fire was right out again! Finally, the fire was dead and the ship did not notice them. Ralph was very sad and they decided to hunt a pig for meat.  This quotation shows character development. Ralph lets the fire out by mistake and Jack incites boys to hunt pig. Ralph and Jack will rub more and more, because Ralph lost the first chance to rescue and made an accident. After Jack killed the pig,his speaking and action were full of arrogance and make me feel disgusting.
