It was kinda difficult to find a few of these rules. the way i created these exposures is looking and thinking of the 5 rules and taking that picture. First you go to create a single picture with the five that you have taken, you go on photoshop, press File, Automate, Merge to HDR Pro, then you chose the five images of 0.0, -0.5, -1.0, 0.5, and 1.0. When you have done those steps, you play around with the photograph and when you are done you press 'okay'. Then you save the image you have created by going to File, Save as...
