In Britain, the United Kingdom the industrial revolution began, it began for many reasons but the main ones were the amount of cheap coal they had and that they had the highest wages. Because of battles in the textile industry they began to industrialize and make many machines run by the power of coal and water to compete, these machines were the Spinning Jenny, the mule and even the assembly line. These machines allowed for a skyrocketing amount of textiles to be made and Britain began to thrive.

The industrial revolution spread to the rest of Europe after railroads and factories were developed. The rest of Europe however was slower at industrializing compared to Britain. Many countries in Europe gain a lot of wealth from this revolution because of the technology that was made. In Germany steel was brought up the steel helped with so much stuff such as railroads and buildings. The rest of Europe was successful with the making of many other technologies like the cotton gin.

The united states before the industrial revolution was a country that was super reliant on other countries to provide them with the goods they needed. So the industrial revolution in the US was a time for America to learn to create their own technology and goods that they may need. They created many things like the type-writter but a very big one was the car by FORD using the assembly line. This was a very big change in transportation for people of this time.
