Ann Wamungu is a senior leader in Early Years Education with over 25 years experience. I have had the privilege of shaping young minds during the most formative year of their development. As a passionate and reflective educator, I am deeply committed to creating enriching, engaging, and joyful learning environments where every child feels seen, valued and inspired. I am excited to continue championing high quality early Years education and the reason I enrolled for this course. As a senior leader, I strive to model innovative and inclusive practices, I am particularly passionate about integrating technology into Early Years programs to ensure our approaches remain relevant and impactful. My goal is to ensure that every learner regardless of their background or ability has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. I train teachers on effective pedagogical strategies and curriculum implementation, I leverage interactive boards, Goggle classroom and educational software to enhance both teaching and student engagement, with a focus on experiential experience and collaboration.I would love to know more on AI , it's a big concept that has become part of our lives. I'm curious and excited.
