When someone retirement and stay at home or come to community,they need alot of attention and kindness because they are very fragile.They become loneliness in elderly and society isolation when they get old.Some of them have physical and mental problems.

In this charity,we want volunteer to help us to support them.For example visiting older member or shopping with them or providing transport and running lunch clubs.

You should be very carefully about them because they are very sensitive.nidles to say that they need your attention.What comes first to our charity is do not evade responsibility and all of your attention should be on your job.The aspect of benefit of volunteering can be increase moral behaviour and raise your spiritual,your experient and perseverance.

The important arena in this community is help your feel good about yourself because you are helping others and increase your social and relationship skills. Volunteering is good for your mind and body.it can reduce stress and anxiety and improve mood and can protects you against depression.
