The transferable skills are some that I use everyday in the line of business that I am in. We are currently having the staff actually take an 8 hr class to improve some of their skills and to improve on communication in the work place. We are also using the critical think to improve the the skills of our office supervisors for a more productive staff when it comes to problem solving. Many of these factors are good in the business world as they teaches us how to effectively communicate.
