There, we see a lot of other clouds, and how they seem to be bored by their everyday normal shapes. So, they confide in the young boy about how they feel, and he ends up drawing them new shapes to be.

The young boy decides to dance along, and they all danced through the night. In the wee hours of the morning, the boy slips back into his bed, just in time to get ready for his day.
