At age 3 children start to see the world with a heavier analysis and take in more information. At age 3 the children also start to focus on the "why?" and attempt to answer.

Age 4

At this age children are not going to school and mimic their adults more. The child can now create and explain images' meaning, count. Also, the children will become familiar with the concept of time.

Age 5

At age 5 the child should be able to draw a person with 6 body parts. Should be able to copy a triangle, square and other simple shapes, letters and numbers. Can count to 10 or more things.

Age 6

At age 6 the children learn through language and logic. Have abstract thinking. Should be able to make the right decisions. Know the days, months, and seasons

At age 7 a child has a solid sense of time. Children will also start to prefer a learning style such as hands on activities while others like working quietly on their own. Can solve simple math problems

Age 8

At this age children can dress and groom themselves. Children can jump, skip, and chase. Baby teeth will start to fall out. Children might start complaining more about tummy aches and leg pains because they are getting more aware of their bodies.
