The teacher stated "I am comfortable sharing ideas and listening to others points of view". The school counselors discussed in detail how collaboration was an essential component of their job and that they in fact do not want to handle an issue alone without the input of others. The teacher stated that individuals should be prepared and willing to share and listen.
