2. Children will have mandatory preschool starting at age 4.  They will go through 13 years of school once they pass preschool.
3. We will have free public school for all children. People can start private schools if they so choose. 
4. We will follow Singapore's school guidelines so we have smart children.

2.   Entertainment center to make our society a nice place to live.
3. Local law enforcement and military if needed would keep the society safe.
