I misread about the information to fill in for the visa extension, i thought we needed to enter our our visa date given and the date that it expires, instead of putting in the current expiry date and the to-be new expiry date of visa.

I just completed the visa request process today, once I want to rate and comment about the process somehow it couldn't work maybe because of some bugs in the software. But I would give it rating 10 out of 5, it's quiet awesome experience to use this system and how easy it is for all process compared to previous years. Shout out to everyone who make this system works 👏

I attempted to rate the system and provide my opinions on it. However, it seems like there was an issue in submitting the comments. Here is my comments. "I would say the system is excellent. I was a bit confused with the flow of the process since it's my very first time using it. However, it was way faster than the old system. I could simply just skip the communication with the faculty staff for study hour inquiry and filling out forms. I think at this pace of acceleration, the time period required for document submission should not require to be a month as it seems to be able to complete within a couple of weeks. Very satisfied and thank you. "

Some staff members appear to want to dismiss students’ inquiries as quickly as possible without trying to understand their situations. Perhaps this is due to a language barrier, or perhaps it is a matter of attitude. I would suggest that KMUTT create an anonymous annual evaluation form for IA, allowing all international students to rate the service and provide suggestions; but only if the university is willing to seriously consider those suggestions.
