By the end of this project I had a lot of practice on my shading which improved a lot. Also the dimensional 3d look and shading ranges is a lot more noticeable in this final picture.

My initials are on the collar because the cat is supposed to depict me.Aside from that the cat in my design represents me due to the fact cats have more of a independent personality. I can relate to this because for the most part I like being left alone and independent .Before explaining the cat holding the balloon one should know my believe of symbolizing of an anchor which would be that it symbolizes stability. Furthermore, to add to that I went through a phase in my life where I felt like I was losing myself, and the anchor on the balloon would be the strength and hope I was holding on to so I could keep myself grounded. In addition to that the split between black and gray represents my black and white thinking that is part of my disorder. Its simple yet it has a lot of meaning.
