• On the fifth day, I was attended to NPI Get Your Actions Together (GYAT) meeting which was discussed about the daily progress about front end and back end progress. 

• Then I attended to COLLINS FAI Tracker Alignment meeting.

• Then, I was required to do online certification test entitled Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Handling, MSD, RoHs & Human Factor Certification. Here I've learnt in detail about the Foreign object damage and it's handling procedures. 
• Raised ADCR, data change request to Product Data Management (PDM) to update MPNs in CRM Portal.

• On the second day,  Leong Wooi Boon (Customer Program Management Specialist) provided virtual training about engineering change / change management. Here I learnt deeply about the engineering change, it's process flow and about the 4M (material, method, machine, man) 
• Then, I was attended to NPI Get Your Actions Together (GYAT) meeting which was discussed about the daily progress about front end and back end progress. 
• Later, Mr. Leong also invited me to join weekly DRACO 4M meeting.
• Raised ADCR, data change request to Product Data Management (PDM) to update MPNs in CRM Portal.

• I was attended to COLLINS NPI Get Your Actions Together (GYAT) Daily meeting which was discussed about the daily progress about front end and back end progress. 
• Then, I was attended to GRN process delay meeting. Here  discussed about the causes of delay and certainly take steps to keep the project on track and mitigate the damage from delays that do occur. 
• Raised ADCR, data change request to Product Data Management (PDM) to update MPNs in CRM Portal.

•  I attended to Airborne early warning and control (AEWC) project meeting. In this meeting, was discussed about the project of warning & control of 737 airplanes which discussed about the problem identification and rescheduled what else need to do throughout the week. 
• Then, I was attended to COLLINS NPI Get Your Actions Together (GYAT) Daily meeting which was discussed about the daily progress about front end and back end progress. 
• Raised ADCR, data change request to Product Data Management (PDM) to update MPNs in CRM Portal.

• This is where the FAI launches happen.

• This is also where PA tracks the movement of the FAI boards.

• PA to make the plan based on the CTB input from planners. Once done, 4M readiness addressed, production scheduler to include in the production schedule & ME to monitor the progress of the board.

• NPI GYAT to monitor the progress of the boards.

• Business transition calls to update the customer on the progress of the project.

• Any unexpected delay / any discrepancies eg. In terms of engineering / data package / material shortage will need to be highlighted in the call.

• FAIR submissions to the customer and awaiting approvals from the customer 

• Then, I also joined weekly DRACO & 737 AEWC 4M meeting.

Overview: In this session, Nirupama Subramanian, a consultant, facilitator and coach in the area of diversity and inclusion and leadership development has joined and discussed how power and privilege impact diversity equity and inclusion. Nirupama is the co-founder and managing partner of GLOW (Growing Leadership of Women) and the founder of CEO-Powerfulife. 

Overview:  Dimas Salaberrios is an afro-latino pastor, social justice advocate, filmmaker, and broadcaster. Growing up in New York, Dimas spiraled out of control as a young drug dealer whose life was consumed by addiction, violence and crime. He shared his remarkable story of triumph and his passion for filmmaking as the producer of documentaries such as “Emanuel” and “Chicago: America’s Hidden War”.

Overview:  In this panel, external guests were joined and discussed about the benefits of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the workplace. Panelists were shared their experience with ERGs and discussed the role of the ERG in shaping company culture and affecting business where have the opportunity to learn more about how to get involved in ERGs at Celestica.
