         <title>Day 1 (21 March 2022)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>First Day Task</strong><br>Today was the first day of my internship.&nbsp; My internship's on-boarding process was started with registrations. At first, I was registered at security guard house and they gave me a visitor tag since I didn't get my name card yet. Then, I was waited for the person in charge for on-boarding which was Ms. Ruslina Shahabuddin, a HR Resourcing Analyst of Celestica Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.&nbsp;<br>Once she came in, She was bring me and other 6 new employees to the training room. Then, we got a tour of the entire company. After the break, she generate the bio-metric time and attendance systems using my fingerprints to verify clocking in and clocking out of work each day.&nbsp; Once done, we got our smock and shoe for the use of production site.&nbsp;<br>Then, the HR briefing was started. She explained in detail about:</div><ul><li>Company's background</li><li>Company/ Department Organization</li><li>Employee Classification</li><li>Work Rules and Regulations</li><li>Benefits&nbsp; and welfare</li><li>Grievance&nbsp;</li><li>Termination&nbsp; and about the company's systems which was about HR Intranet.&nbsp;</li></ul><div>Later, I was instructed to submit few documents like letter of appointment, PDPA-Consent Form and Agreement regarding confidential information and intellectual property Form. Then I received my company badge and locker key. </div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Second Day Task<br><br></strong>On the second day, I was instructed to go through the PDF files of employee's handbook.&nbsp;<br>From there I was learned about basic employment rules and regulations like</div><ul><li><sub>Working hours</sub></li><li><sub>Performance Management Enhancement (PME)</sub></li><li><sub>Probation</sub></li><li><sub>Company's Mission, Vision, Purpose, Values &amp; Brand Attributes</sub></li><li><sub>Flexi Work Hours Policy/Guidelines-Communication</sub></li><li><sub>Disciplinary Process</sub></li><li><sub>and Health Care Information.</sub></li></ul><div>I also take note of some of the information for the better understanding on the Company's activities, schemes and circular of Celestica Malaysia (CMY).&nbsp;<br>Then I studied about CGP Training guidelines.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Third Day Task<br><br></strong>On the third day, Mr. Aaftab Alam Bin Anwar Ahmad (Operation Quality Manager) bring me to the production site and explained about the process and activities of the company. From there, I roughly get a clear picture on the business design of Celestica Malaysia, Kulim. He also introduced me to all the office staff, as well as some of the information sharing sessions had taken place.<br><br>Later, I was assisted and given task by Mdm Azlela Binti Abdullah (Production Cell Leader) on data processing. I was assisted her to key in data of CMY Serial Number, THALES Serial Number and it's status using purchasing order.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Fourth Day Task<br><br></strong>On the fourth day, I was continue the task given yesterday on data processing on key-in data of CMY Serial Number, THALES Serial Number and it's shipping status using purchasing order.&nbsp;<br><br>Once done with the task given, Mr.Tan Poh Seong (Engineer, Manufacturing Process) requested to assist him to do Torque screw driver audit. Torque screw driver is an equipment used to ensure the small screws are properly tightened. So, for that, I need to record the product (from Honeywell, Collins and Thales), Equipment ID and Series number from that torque screw driver which are using in the production.<br><br>Then I was generate bar code using the equipment's series number. Once generated the bar code, I was printed that bar codes on the stickers and stick on every single Torques using in the production. So today, I did for Torques from Honeywell and Collins Departments.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Fifth Day Task<br><br></strong>On the fifth day, I was continued the task given yesterday by Mr Tan. Today I was record the product from Thales Department.&nbsp; Same things was done as yesterday like recorded Equipment ID and Series number from the Torque screw driver using but today in Thales production.&nbsp;<br>Then I generate bar code using the equipment's series number. It is constantly updated, expanded and refine to ensure have access to the very latest information.<br><br>She also was thought me the steps to raise ADSR to the Product Data Management (PDM) team.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

Here I learnt how Program Admin will manage the processes from the set-up of a project to the shipping portion and then proceed on with the handshake to the planning/ MPS team for the mass production stage.&nbsp;</li><li>To breakdown, there 5 phases to NPI from 0 to 5. This week we was covered up phase 3c.</li></ul><div><strong>Phase 3c </strong></div><ul><li><pre>This is where the FAI launches happen.</pre></li><li><pre>This is also where PA tracks the movement of the FAI boards.</pre></li><li><pre>PA to make the plan based on the CTB input from planners. Once done, 4M readiness addressed, production scheduler to include in the production schedule &amp; ME to monitor the progress of the board.</pre></li><li><pre>NPI GYAT to monitor the progress of the boards.</pre></li><li><pre>Business transition calls to update the customer on the progress of the project.</pre></li><li><pre>Any unexpected delay / any discrepancies eg.
