         <description><![CDATA[<div>This fitness component test is a test on hand-eye coordination, where participant throw a ball against a wall from one hand in an underarm action, and attempt to catch it with the opposite hand.&nbsp;<br><br>The test's objective is to monitor the ability of the athlete's vision system to coordinate the information received through the eyes to control, guide &amp; direct the hands in the accomplishment of catching a ball (hand-eye coordination). </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Validity </strong>- This test provides a mean to monitor training on athlete's physical development. It should be consistent and stable in measuring its intended measure. <br><br><strong>Reliability</strong> - Reliability depends on how strict the test is conducted and the individual's level of motivation to perform the test. The procedure should be recorded with results and keep consistent for future testing of the same participants. <br><br><strong>Practicality</strong> -&nbsp; Minimal equipment &amp; cost to set up this test. The test also take minimal time to conduct as each test last for 30seconds. It can be self-administered.&nbsp;The test can be easily carry out as it required minimal equipment, and in a classroom of 30 students, we can have pair students up and all 15 pairs can participate the test at once, and rotate among themselves in pair. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Level 5: Excellent&nbsp; &gt;25<br>Level 4: Good 20 - 24<br>Level 3: Average 15 - 19<br>Level 2: Fair 10 - 14<br>Level 1: Poor &lt;10<br><br>Alternately, instead of using the "Poor, Fair, Average, Good, Excellent" for the Rating, we can consider to replace it with "Levels" rating. Try to avoid using negative word such as "Poor".&nbsp;<br><br>We can simplify the test&nbsp; by modifying the size/weight of the ball, the distance from the wall or extend the time period. &nbsp;<br><br>For instance,&nbsp;<br>1) Reduce the distance from 2m to 1m away from the wall.&nbsp;<br>2) Increase the time from 30 seconds to 45 seconds.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
