The gender pay gap is the average difference between men and women who are working. It is a fact that men get payed much more then women and they may have the same job. This still exits n 2019 and I feel this needs to stop 
Nearly eight in 10 firms, 78%, have a pay gap in favour of men, while 8% of companies reported no pay gap at all.
The law of equal pay act was introduced in 1970 however we all are going against this law. People have always treated woman less then men which is totally unacceptable, men and women should be treated equally since we were all born in the imagine of god and are all equal. No male is more special then any female. I have expericned sexim most of my life specifically not gender pay gap.I always had a interest in sport but my family never aloud me to take part in anything sport related because it was never a female thing. I also had to do all the cleaning,my brothers never had to lift a finger which got me really mad which i think is really disrespectful and dont want the next generation to grow up with the same up bringing.
