         <description><![CDATA[<div>28.01.2022<br>In my first week I prepared a steak for dinner. For my health, I need to eat red meat at least once a week because I have anemia. However, steak is one of the best protein rich foods and protein is essential for keeping out hair, nails, bones in good shape. It is also important for increasing muscle mass and repairing tissues.&nbsp;<br><br>Wellbeing journal- In my first week I felt really good mentally and physically for keeping up with a good diet.<br>Stress level- 2</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>02.02.2022<br>In my second week, I decided to stay at home and rest all day watching movies and taking time for myself. Being able to think for long time and be peaceful when no one is around or bothering me, relaxes me, which is good for my mental health&nbsp; as I can't tolerate people most of the time.          <description><![CDATA[<div>07.02.2022<br>On week 3 I went to gym and did upper body workout as well as boxing session for 12 minutes. After working on upper body and on my abs I felt more strength and decided to do boxing for a little to push my aim up. However after I left the gym my arms and muscles was aching way too much to the point where I was struggling to lift them up, which had a big impact on my job was waitress&nbsp;<br><br>Wellbeing- In my third week I did not feel so good as i pushed my limits ad the gym and maybe went a little too hard on my workouts by pushing my self.&nbsp;<br>Stress level- 7&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>16.02.2022<br>In week 4 the first thing I decided to do was to prioritise mu task so that everything sits in to place and runs smoothly for me. and the most important thing to do was to complete the assignments that needed handed in and find an apartment for my self in London. I had managed to find good apartments that was suitable for my liking but I wasn't&nbsp; so successful at completing the assignments that I needed to. &nbsp;<br><br>Wellbeing- In my fourth week I felt really worried and stressed out for a quiet a long time. Spending time with my loved one going for meals and shopping together makes me feel very special and blessed. &nbsp;<br><br>Wellbeing- In my last week I felt the most happiest and stress free.
