some constraints that we had were to make the  tower reach the limit without falling and being a strong support at the same time.
our budget had been 40$ but we had spent $22.50 we bought 30 marshmellows and 30 noddles

our tower did reach 18 inches and it reached exactly 18 in 
the hardest part was probably getting the noodles to stay with out falling 
something easy during making the tower was the base and how it sustained the tower
