1) The article is about the safety of the people of Augusta as the high winds of that morning created power outages and trees in the road.
2) After the high winds of the morning of January 3rd, there are multiple people around the city who experienced power outages and multiple trees on the road, creating dangerous conditions.
3) Winds were from the early hours of January 3rd, and trees and power outages lasted till around the evening.
4) This happened in Augusta, with the main counties that were hit the hardest being Richmond and Columbia counties, majorly hitting the area around Pendleton King Park.
5) This would affect a citizen by making sure if their power is secure and won’t go and to make sure that a street close to them isn’t blocked by fallen trees
6) As of Tuesday afternoon, are still citizens without power?  Have trees been taken off roads?

5)This would affect the residents of this neighborhood because it alerts that there is a threat as this was a random attack on a random person, which means that anyone can get targeted as seeing that the people behind the shooting still haven't been caught which could also mean that anyone in the city isn’t safe.
6)Has the man recovered yet?  Is there enough information to be able to catch them?

5)This article affect the citizens there because in many of these incidents the shooter still hasn’t been caught, which means there is danger in any part of the city and can cause panic to someone that something can happen to themselves.

5. This would affect a citizen because it is believed that there are more people connected to the robberies with saying that Weston was probably not working alone and that these robberies could still continue.
