Obviously, I want to get paid as much as any one else who does the same job as me. Being as that, is how it is supposed to be. My annual salary should be no less then the man that works next to me. 

Although I am a slight part of Native American, my main heritage is German, coming from my fathers side. Being a white female, I do believe that there is some advantage along the way, that automatically comes with it. Which is somewhat unfortunate, being as it should always be equal for every race, or ethnicity.

I have always grown up in the middle, upper class. Its hard to say if I have ever experienced anything different, being as that is always what I've ever known. I do think that this plays a role in how I think my job should, or shouldn't be. Because I have been given, and worked for what I have and need, its a subconscious way of thinking that I deserve what I work for.

I have mainly grown up with people in the same class as myself, and normal went to the same school with them or even had a few classes together. My friends haven't much made an impact or my views, because its my opinion, not theirs. I have always grown up in a hunting house. My father has been hunting for twice as long as I have been alive. Which leads me to have some of the same opinions as my father, who I am closer with and more like. I have never let anyone push me over or knock me down. they may try, but will not succeed. I firmly believe in the saying, "Get knocked down seven times, Stand up eight." because the way I grew up, and the morals my parents taught me, is to not care about anyone else but you. Sure, you may have friends that you care about, or even a boyfriend or girlfriend, and of course you care about them, and their own opinions and morals. But just because someone else impacts your life like that, doesn't mean that you have to change or suit yours to fit it. For starters, I'm not totally all about political correctness. its hard to be politically correct !00% of the time. you may mess up another's name that is hard to pronounce, and that may be offending to them, so it really is hard to do that all the time. But when you can make a difference, I do choose to. I don't walk around and call people names that could be offending to a certain race, or group of people. Security is also important to me, being as I believe it is better to be safe, and have people know the truth. Rather then have right people know nothing, and be vulnerable, or at risk. And not but least, its not all about religion. I'm not sure where I fall into under that specific category, because there really have been things go on in my life that absolutely can't be solely based on chance.
