(Rule Utilitarian ata to) Rule utilitarian is being utilitarian with rules that make sure that the action though will maximize in profit in the short term avoids removing the chance of not being able to sustain. for example is like maybe drinking sting once in a while and not always since sting drinks are sugary and can destroy the liver though people drink this because they need that "extra energy" to get through with sustaining their work.

 These 4 can be confused with each other since they are in one concept of being "humanitarian" for example rights based and values can be confused in a sense that what one values may be considered as a "right" don't be confused this is just a thought.

Rights-Based-this values peoples rights ,specifically human rights in which in our constitution gives us the right to privacy and thus the situation above is gonna be in the best interest of the this ethics.

Care-Based we care about individuals as we learn to be kind to each other and although anonymity is comfort for people posting , it can be a discomfort for people who have been taken advantage by anonymity by bullying them so it's quite unfair and thus Equality based decision can actually solve a problem of Care Based framework

Equality-based as its called its equal treatment to everybody so no one gets to post anonymously if not everyone can post anonymously.

Values-Based what decision can make "good" in terms of personal values , for example driving license proves you are certified to drive and thus you can drive the vehicle you got your license and similar to the situation given it's a earned right to do so. And values based may also be adhering to what society may consider "logical" or "right" which is creating a code of conduct to follow in which anyone has the opportunity but not everyone has the access. thus why the License of being a driver mechanization is used.
