If I had to say about your teaching quality, I must say that is very student friendly.
I like your dedication to let us understood any topic
One thing that i don't like is your marking system, i think in this stage you should be more considerable. I got the lowest mark in your in my whole varsity life. That’s why i am unsatisfied. We are not practicing spelling mistakes or others things that you criterion from the beginning. So in this stage it is very hard to maintain for us.

Sir, first of all take my greetings. Your educational qualifications and experience are more than mine, so nothing to suggest to you. But I can tell you what I would do if I were a teacher. First, I would identify the inattentive students in the class and make a different strategy for them. Because everyone's talent is not the same. I used to allow them to sit in the front in the class. These students don't like catch-up rules, so I make them study a few subjects and take a class through them on a topic. I would give them bonus marks for this because my aim is to create interest in their studies. I used to take a quiz open book in class. Because we all are more interested in readymade questions and answers. As an assignment I would tell them to buy a course book. I used to give a presentation explaining what they understood by reading any topic of this book. Here half mark for English language and lastly half mark for telling the gist of Bengali. If this were the case, those who memorized would be able to memorize and understand in their own language. I used to take 10 questions from the students for finals and put at least 3/4 of those questions in the exam. I used to make sure that the questions were informative. Because my aim is to teach how to find questions from a topic. These are the things I used to do when I was a teacher, if you like any of these works of my imagination, you can implement them. If you ever get good results find me and thank me😅😅😅 .sorry for any mistake😓😓. stay well, sir
