The innovation that is the IoMT, more specifically wearable tech, is a great asset to the general public. It allows for real-time at home (or on vacation) monitoring of potentially serious conditions. So that when any issues arise requiring the next level of care, symptoms and situations can be streamlined and communicated more effectively. This could lead to better patient outcomes. There are some major factors to address regarding cost and privacy concerns. But I believe the benefits could potentially outweigh the risks if used properly.

I chose two strategic thinkers, one being futuristic and the other analytical (one to keep us grounded and the other to help us dream). Also going with a deliberate person to help with decisions, but complimenting with a maximizer who will play into the groups strengths. Finally rounding out with someone who will keep the team focused and on task.
