         <description><![CDATA[<div>The definition of Spiritual Health is: A highly individualized concept that is measured by the amount of peace and harmony an individual experiences in his day-to-day life. Spiritual health fluctuates greatly by the amount of time an individual uses to develop personal spiritual values. When I think of spiritual health I think of someone who is very in touch with their spiritual side. Meaning that in everything that they do they are always doing it with the thought of their religious beliefs in mind. I also think that someone with strong spiritual health will excel in all other areas because they have an anchor with their spiritual health.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Although everyone is different some studies (such as the University of Christian Fellowship) show that after someone meditates that they will feel more energized and excited for a physical or mental activity. This shows that spiritual health's impact on emotional and mental health is very strong. Meditating helps you gain inner peace which then helps you concentrate and learn better. It also helps your emotional state by helping calm you down</div>]]></description>
