         <description><![CDATA[<p>In some parts of the world the economy is controlled by military dictatorships or nations at war. Governments controlled by military dictatorships is controlled by armed forces military leaders make decisions avout production and distribuition of goods and services. Today there are many countries in Africa and Asia which have this government. In many of these dictatorships people live in pouverty and have limited chance of eduction or access in health care. Many countries spend heavily on military often than other social services.&nbsp; U.S.A has a military spending [% of GDP] is 4.1 and education spending&nbsp;[% of GDP] id 4.7 which is extremly close for a North American country&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
