The purpose of this assignment is for students to actively listen/read closed captions and be able to reflect on their previous knowledge through open-ended questions; as well as, assess their understanding of the information presented through multiple-choice questions.

This virtual tour allows students a 360-degree view of the theatre in which they can click on areas of the Globe to learn about it with written information, as well as videos. This resource would be extremely beneficial paired with viewing guided! The purpose of this resource would be to allow students an opportunity to "visit" the famous Theatre and gain an understanding of the society in which the plays were presented from actors, costumes, audience, payment to plays, stage, backstage, etc. For students who will never be able to visit, this an insightful alternative.

This resource has several different reading compatibles as annotations, highlights, guided reading questions, multiple chose and constructed response questions that are standards aligned. The purpose of this assignment would be to read sonnets and or informational articles that pair alongside the play students are studying.
