Physically, it might cause headaches, muscle tension, or fatigue. Emotionally, it can bring worry, irritability, or sadness. Behaviorally, it may affect daily habits like sleep, eating, or social life. Everyone experiences stress, but it shows up differently for each person</p>]]></description>
