Staying away from drugs can keep the human body safe by keeping it healthy. The weight of your body matters because you don't want to get a disease from being overweigh. Eating can be hard for some people seeing how you won't want to do anything that day but if you eat you will more healthier about yourself and again spread that happiness to other people. Exercising can be some alone time to reflect on how good your day is going. So when exercising you can offer other people to do it with you to build a strong relationship with family and friends. Stay away from smoking and drugs because if people see you as a leader and you do those things they will think it is alright to do the same when in reality it is not. Having a normal weight can encourage people around you to be like you so you can help them lose weight and make them feel better. Lastly wait for sex until a right age or when you feel you should. Don't be pressured into it by friends.</div>]]></description>

But help yourself as well. Give yourself a reminder of how well you did today. By being reactive you don't care about anything and that is not okay because you should care about your body and what you do to it. </div>]]></description>
