         <title>Article I</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Article 1 consists of ten sections. Sections 1-3 describe the power of the Senate and House of Representatives which make up  the Congress. The House of Representatives  is elected every two years. Senate is composed of two senators from each state and the vice president is in charge of this. Section 4 talks about the time, place, and manner of holding meetings. Section 5 States the role of the House  and that it has the right to punish its members. sections 6-7 state senators and representatives must be compensated and revenues should originate in the house of Representatives. 8 states that Congress has the power to lay and collect taxes. 9 is about migration. 10 is about treaties and alliances.</p>]]></description>

The president serves four years at a time and has to be a natural-born citizen. Sections 2-3 Describe the roles of the president and section 4 states that the president and other official government people can be impeached if necessary.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Article IV has 4 sections. Sections 1-2 say that each state has power over their own court of law and how they want to carry out laws. Section 3 says that new states can be formed but can't take land from other states and two states can join into one without the permission of Legislatures and Congress. Section 5 Guarantees every state a republican form of government. </p>]]></description>
