Not attending school (unless you have a reasonable reason) on a day you’re supposed to be at school results in truancy and possibly parents being arrested.  Sexual harassment and sexual violence are also activities that are supposed to be prevented from happening.  Getting on the bus or light rail or taxi or any kind of commuter train without a true and current ticket (and of course now without a mask) is also illegal and can result in police charges and enforcement.
