I really liked the example in which the teacher had the students brainstorm expectations for the teacher as well. If shifting from in-class to online, many of the original expectations will need to be reviewed and adapted.

I would like to borrow the idea from the teacher in the video who encouraged her students to write examples of behaviours that they expect to see in the classroom. This could be done with a program like a collaborative Google Slides or Jam Board.  Then, I would like to have my students summarize and group these examples into categories while in breakout rooms. Finally, we would all come together as a class to finalize and agree upon our 3 overarching expectations.
