         <description><![CDATA[<div>To improve process further, applications should be picked up earlier, leaving less applications to be seen to in the summer.<br><br>Improved grades - effective right course reviews - value added. Embedding academic skills within core subjects.&nbsp;<br>Varied assessment methods that consist of several tasks, which is more manageable for learners. This allows for happier learners which increased the retention rates. &nbsp;<br>All this contextualises information to their relevant pathway, giving students purpose which increased retention and attendance rates.<br><br>Embedding ILT in lessons and assessments, this increases collaboration and competitive between learners, which also increases retention and achievement &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Improvements to literacy and numeracy which have been embedded into all lessons<br>supported learning, an increase in workshops and individual one to one support<br>improvement in the delivery of Skills for Learning which has been contextualised as subject tutors are now delivering it alongside their pathways.<br>Change in the timetable, having subjects in the morning and Skills for Learning and tutorials in the afternoon has meant that learners can focus more.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>2- Attendance has improved but still needs improving. State importance of attendance during induction and reinforce throughout the year. Staff to continue using disciplinary procedure (stage1+2) for poor attendance as intervention as this has worked well in the past. </title>
