I was really nervous because I had left all of my friends and had to go to a new school. Although I already have new english, I would get nervous and forget the words. I'm not really good at socializing and making friends. the teachers and counselors were pushing me to make friends and that was making me even more nervous. I grew closer with some kids and made new friends.

I didn't know how challenging it was. I'm not good at sports. in the summer camp I struggled to keep up with the others. I wanted to change my schedule but I wasn't sure it would be approved because it was a little late but it was approved and I changed to tennis.

It was very short notice and we didn't have much time to really look for another place. my parents are from hamedan (a small town in Iran) and they were considering moving there. Me and my sister really hated that idea and we got into a few fights with my parents about it. at the end, we stayed in tehran and found a place we liked.
