I try to spend time with my friends as much as I can, I've known my closest friends since elementary school. I love going to NYC to visit my aunt, although I live close to Philly I've only been a handful of times and been to NYC hundreds. I enjoy trying new restaurants there and seeing Broadway shows. I've seen seven shows on Broadway and two in Philly. I would love to see Hadestown and Six when COVID ends (hopefully sooner than later). I'm a little bit of an amateur movie buff. I am also a giant Game of Thrones fan. I nerded out and got to go to the concert at the Mann Center last September. My dad and I visited Banff National Park in Alberta during summer 2019. I was lucky enough to see tons of animals up close in their natural habitat, visit a Wolfdog sanctuary and go to the largest grizzly bear enclosed habitat. That same summer I got to go to Israel on Birthright. I consider myself to be a secular Jew, as I don't actively attend synagogue, but I do observe holidays. This trip made me feel extremely connected to my religion and culture. I hope to go back on my own time and visit the West Bank and continue to advocate for Palestine. I was lucky enough to go with a provider who allowed open conversation about the occupation. My last trip was at the end of February right before COVID.
