There were some overlaps and misunderstandings between presenters because we hadn't had time to flesh our what we were really going to say in detail. 

There was lag time between setup - we were in a new location and not on familiar equipment.

The final meeting before training should be fleshing out the details in depth and looking at ENGAGING them well.
