My three exhibition are 1)The Holocaust Era In Croatia 1941 - 1945 2)Hidden History of the Kovno Ghetto 3)Anne Frank The writer :An Unfished Story

1:Two Facts you learned
The first fact I learned comes from The hidden history of the kovno Ghetto exhibition what I learned is There was a yearbook titled in Yiddish that says "Slobodka Ghetto 1942" and inside this book it preserves an almost daily record of that year's events like it had the numbers of how many people die of like certain day. Now for my second fact it can be found in The Holocaust era in Croatia 1941-1945 exhibition and that is they kept children at Stara Gradiska camp which was a concentration camp but anyway this fact surprised me because it shows that no one could be saved from harms way every one had to go though something during this war.

2:How does what you learned from the exhibition connect to Maus
What I learned from The Holocaust Era In Croatia 1941 - 1945 exhibition is they are connect to Maus by the way they described the concentration camp it was like if they were both in the same camp because in both they said they similar thing which was the camp were use to isolate and kill Jews and one again I must say they both describe their camp in a similar way. Also in the Hidden History of the Kovno Ghetto exhibition the connect date that connect Maus and this exhibition is the date September 1 in the book and article they said it was the day Germany invaded Poland.

3:How does what you learned connect to your own experience?
What I learn from the Anne Frank the writer: An unfinished story exhibition is the connection to one experience I had is that there were topics I just couldn't being myself to talk to people so I just kept it to myself. Which is connected to something that Anne frank once wrote on her diary saying saying something along the line how she couldn't bring herself to talk of anything to her family so she only shared it on her diary which was something I could related to.
4:What will you do with this new information?
With this new information that I have learned I will later on find myself trying to find out how a single man with a unique mustache mange to make the whole world go to war and how he went from art school to leading a army and ordering them to kill over a million of Jews.

Why did Vladek burn Anja’s journals, even though he keeps worthless junk? Was he trying to hide something?
I feel like Vladek burned Anja's Journals to 1)hide her true reason why she killed herself 2) To prevent Artie from writing 3) help to remove his trauma. To better explain my first reason I feel like Vladek was trying to hide Anja real reason for commenting suicide because it could make Artie feel like 🤬 if let say maybe or maybe not Artie was the main reason but aye we wouldn't know since those journals are destroyed. The reason i used this as my first reason is because in some shows that i seen the parent was trying to protect the truth from their son so yeah :/ .Anyways For my second reason Vladek could have burned those journals to prevent Artie from writing about their nightmare during ww2 because in page12 when he said "You should spend your time to make drawing" which could gives us an idea that he never like the idea of having his time in ww2 being written into a story so to do that he would have to make sure there no way of finishing it .To better explain what i mean is you can't finish a book if there no ending to which Artie doesn't have the journals so he can't finish writing his book. Now for my third and last reason Vladek could have destroyed the journal to better help remove his trauma of losing Anja because i'm pretty sure Vladek doesn't want to keep remembering about Anja 24/7.So in that case he try's to remove what left of her by destroying her journals. So overall I feel like Vladek mainly did it for his own good.

Do Vladek and Mala have a good relationship? Explain.
Vladek and Mala do not have a good relationship because 1)Vladek gets easily angry with her 2) immitted to preferring Anja over her 3)Vladek drives Mala crazy. To better explain my first reasoning Vladek gets easily mad at Mala over little things like giving a wire hanger instead of a wooden hanger to Artie. What i mean by this is in the first page of chapter 1 Mala puts Artie's coat in a wire hanger which made Vladek mad because they got platy of wooden hangers. Now about my second reason Vladek said he missed having Anja and prefer her over Mala which shows that this isn't a good relationship .I don't have the book at the moment but in chapter 3 Vladek said it himself he missed Anja and would rather have her instead of Mala. Now for the third reason Mala said in page 93 that Vladek drives her crazy which isn't a good sign of a healthy relationship.I used this as my third reason because this details goes with my response about the question.so in conclusion these two don't have a healthy relationship together.

The comic book Maus made in 1980 written by Art Spiegelman is about a guy named Artie who is writing a book about his dad named Vladek who he hasn't seen in 2 years after Anja passing who is the mother of Artie and first wife of Vladek.Artie is writing about Vladek time during world war 2. The story takes place back and forth but the majorly of the story takes place in the past around 1935 to 1944 while the present takes place in the 60s.the beginning part of the story mainly focus on introducing us to the major and minor characters and talks about how the jews were introduce to the nazi when they were starting to rise.In the middle part of the story we seen how the passing of Anja affect Artie and Vladek while in the past it focus on how Vladek and Anja get caught. Finally at the end of the story Artie gets put on hold after he finds out the truth about the whereabouts of Anja journals while in the past Vladek and Anja try to find a way out and try to find a safe place. The overall message is you can't always get what you want because Atie wants his mother journals but sadly can't since those journals are destroyed another example is Vladek and Anja wanted to escape the nazi but sadly they didn't get what they wanted they got captured again. The author choose to make this a story novel to grab the reader attendtion and to stand out from other books.
