         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was born in Richmond, Rhode Island.<br>I've gone to Chariho my whole life. <br>I love math and french.<br>I play soccer, I love running, (I'm on the soccer and track team here), biking, reading and I play the piano. <br>I'm most proud of my grades in school. <br>My favorite sports team is the Red Sox because I love baseball. <br>My favorite food is probably watermelon or bagels. <br>My favorite show is probably Grey's Anatomy. <br>The best part of my summer was probably when I went to Disney World and got to visit my best friend. Or when I went to Baltimore and got to see two Red Sox games.  </div>]]></description>

I had a really important soccer tryout at the beginning of the summer that was stressing me out because I was extremely nervous. I dealt with it by listening to music and trying to distract myself from the nerves. Also, I was very stressed out because I had a lot of AP summer work to do for my classes. I dealt with it by trying to manage my time and do it as quickly as possible. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Safety is such a concern when it comes to resistance training/weight lifting because it is easy for people to get hurt. Whether a weight is too heavy or your surroundings aren't being scanned, it can prove to be bad for a person. Some safety precautions that should be taken into account are that the surroundings should be scanned to make sure no one is around that could be hurt by you, make sure the weights are not too heavy and make sure you're using the proper form. </div>]]></description>
