         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Preheat oven to 350° F <br>2) Cream together butter, sugar, zest, and vanilla extract with an electric mixture until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and egg white one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt ; gradually blend into the creamed mixture. <br>3) Stir in dried cranberries and chocolate chips. Spray your hands with cooking spray so the dough does not stick and divide the dough in half. Form each half into a flat log and arrange logs at least 3 inches apart on baking sheet. <br>4) Bake for 30 min, in preheated oven or until pale gold. Cool on a baking sheet. <br>5) On a cutting board, cut logs crosswise on a diagonal into 1 inch thick slices. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for an additional 15 min, or until golden. Transfer biscotti to wire racks and cool completely. <br>6) Enjoy. :)</div>]]></description>
