My character, a dog named Blu, will chase a squirrel, but the squirrel ends up running into a different world where animals normalized as people, and there are no humans. The animals in that world hate humans, but Blu chased the squirrel into the alternate world unknowingly.

Rising Action

Blu has to team up with the squirrel he was chasing, Jeckel, to get help and find his way home, and they travel through the different elements of the world to get to the exit portal

Climax

Blu finds the portal to get home, but he has made close connections with Jeckel, and some other animals - a bird and two guinea pigs - that helped him during various parts of his journey. He now has to say goodbye to his friends to go back to the human world.

Falling action

Blu gets back to his normal world and finds his family, but something seems to be missing. He spends the next few years living in the real world with his family.

Resolution

Eventually, when he's older, he goes back to the other world and is reunited with his animal friends.
